Deposit refund policy
Certain appointment times will not be reserved without payment of the deposit.
We operate a 2 working day cancelation policy. If you contact at least 2 working days prior to your appointment you wish to cancel, you will not risk the loss of your deposit.
Please note that all treatments are subject to medical status and some medical conditions require a doctor’s note. If you have a medical condition please ensure you let us know and contact us if you are unsure or have any questions, our team will be able to advise you on the best course of action.
You have 2 working days from the date of booking your treatment to notify The CosmetiK Clinic of any medical conditions or reasons which may affect your suitability to receive your Treatment. The CosmetiK Clinic offers free consultations before treatments to help you make an informed decision about your treatment and reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is deemed to be a risk to the health and safety of the client or therapist. The CosmetiK Clinic cannot be held responsible in the event that clients cannot be offered treatment after consultation.
Health and Safety Visitors Information
When you arrive at the Clinic, please remain in the Reception area until you are shown the way to your Treatment Room. Do not walk into areas where access is unauthorized.
